  This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life. Swipe access cards wouldn't work (I was locked out in the multi level carpark), no hot water, room climate control faulty, bathroom sink blocked, even the landline phone didn't work to call reception about these problems. We changed rooms as a result, however there was still no hot water. Apparently an entire wing of this hotel had no immediate running hot water, and was advised to leave the water running for 30 minutes!!! Never again.

  Nice hotel, friendly staff.
  The nicest thing was they upgraded us to waterfront view because it was my birthday. They also left a bunch of flowers and a cake in the fridge for me!! What a nice surprise that was on our return from our day trip.
